How Tearfund uses Google

At Tearfund, we use Google workspace to link all our work together, with your emails, calendar and files all being accessed with the same password and email address.

Google Workspace is similar to Microsoft Office but with the main difference that all your created work is stored on Google Drive, which is cloud based storage. Google has a wide variety of useful tools to help you work more effectively. Explore Productivity tips page to increase your productivity with Google Workspace apps.

New to Tearfund and new to Google Workspace? Visit Google Tips - New Users to start your journey with Google apps at Tearfund.

We also run regular Google Workspace Essentials training, please email IT.Trainers@tearfund.org to sign up.

“Understanding a few key Google tips will help you know how Tearfund staff and teams work together, and quickly get you up to speed on how to access the information and tools your Tearfund colleagues are using.” - Myles Harrison
